We do! We offer custom labeling for all candles. If you would like a custom label for your candle, please add the "Custom Label" option to your cart in addition to the candle you choose in your cart and list what you would like your label to say in the special instructions.
With COVID-19, orders may be delayed. From our end, orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from production day. Our candles are made to order and our production days are Wednesdays and Sundays. For example, if you order a candle with us on a Thursday then it will be made to order on Sunday and shipped out within 5-7 days from production. If your tracking says that your shipment has been delivered and you still haven’t received it, please contact email@example.com. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
If you live in the Chicago area, we do offer pickup on orders. Please select the Pick Up option at checkout. The address is not listed upon checkout but we will provide that information to you in a separate email when the pickup order is ready. We also offer local delivery.
For a proper burn, you must trim the cotton wick before each burn and allow the wax to completely melt to the edge of the jar. You must trim the wick for the first burn and each burn following the first. This is especially most important on the first burn because it determines the entirety of how your candle will burn. Please make sure to break off the black pieces from the wick before trimming.
Right now, shipping is available only within the USA.
All domestic order shipments are through USPS with a flat rate fee of $7.50. We also deliver locally in the Chicago area for a delivery fee of $4.00. If you would like express shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do! All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with shipping details once your order has been shipped.
